A.O.C. Bourgogne

Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Bourgogne Passetoutgrain

s regional appellation is matured in oak barrels for eight to ten months before bottling. These wines combine lightness and fruitiness with the concentration and body of Pinot Noir. They should be enjoyed within four years of bottling.

only Burgundy appellation authorized to blend two grape varieties - 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Gamay -, Burgundy Passetoutgrains are very light, fruity wines, best drunk slightly chilled with cold cuts or grilled meat. Matured exclusively in the vat, this wine is bottled when six months old, and should be enjoyed in the two years following.

Hautes-Côtes de Beaune
s red wine is an excellent compromise between the Bourgogne Pinot Noir and a village appellation, as this parcel is 45 years old and located on a hillside just behind the "mountain" of Pommard. This produces a wine allying delicacy of taste and fruit with a nice structure endowed by a spicy touch. This wine may be kept 5 to 6 years, but when young, it will marry with your hot or spiced dishes.
