8 months in stainless steel vats. It is a light very fruity wine
for drinking as an aperitif and should be enjoyed young (keeps
for up to 2 years).).
in the parish of Meursault, half of this wine is matured in oak
barrels and the other half in stainless steel vats. It is bottled
after 8 to 10 months. this wine marries the rounded fruitiness
of Chardonnay with just a hint of wood. It will keep for 3 to
from an old parcel, situated just below the Premiers Crus "les
Referts", and our only village AOC farmed in white wine,
this Puligny "les Levrons" stays 18 months in oak
barrels (75% new) from the famous Forêt de Tronçais.
